PAYMENTS
We have chosen PayPal as our credit card processor for it's security and customer protections.
If you have an existing PayPal account you can process your payment automatically using your PayPal login. If you don't have a PayPal account you can still use your credit card to make payment. Simply follow the credit card payment options when you are transferred to the PayPal page.
We also accept credit card payments over the phone. Simply nominate "Phone Payment" on your order and we will contact you by telephone to process your payment. Alternatively you can nominate to collect your goods from our Paddington store and make payment at the time of collection.
SHIPPING
All orders to Australia are shipped by standard Austrtalia Post Parcel Post at a flat rate of $9.90. No matter how large! Parcels shipped to countries other than Australia will be charged at our cost, we will get back to you with a quote the next day.
Should you require registered, express post or courier services we are happy to arrange this for you at standard standard rates. Payment for additional postage services is required prior to shipping.
